Terms & Conditions
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping timelines
provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions,
or other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Tile Town is not responsible for transit delays.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are typically curbside only. Customers are responsible for unloading and moving
materials into their home or job site unless otherwise arranged. Additional charges may apply
for special delivery requirements.
Freight Inspection
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the
carrier or refused upon delivery. Failure to do so may affect your ability to submit a claim.
Product Variation
Tile and natural stone products may vary in color, shade, size, texture, and finish from
samples or images shown online or in-store. These variations are natural and are not
considered defects.
We strongly recommend ordering samples and reviewing all material prior to installation.
Batch / Dye Lot Variation
Products ordered at different times may come from different production batches and may not
match previous orders. For best results, we recommend purchasing all required material at one
time.
Order Quantities & Overage
Customers are responsible for ordering sufficient quantities, including a recommended 15-20%
overage to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs. Tile Town is not responsible for
shortages due to under-ordering.
Installation Responsibility
All products must be inspected prior to installation. Installation should be completed by a
qualified professional.
Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or
claimed as defective. Tile Town is not responsible for issues resulting from improper
installation, handling, or site conditions.
Breakage & Damage Claims
We package all items carefully to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, you must
notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the product and packaging.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund. We reserve the
right to determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue prior to approving a resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Special
orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier.
Pricing & Availability
We strive to ensure all product information is accurate; however, prices, descriptions, and
availability are subject to change without notice. Tile Town reserves the right to cancel or adjust
orders in the event of errors.
Samples
Samples are intended to provide a general representation of the product and may not reflect full
variation in color, pattern, or texture.
Limitation of Liability
Tile Town’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for
any labor costs, installation costs, delays, or consequential damages.
